The law firm of Rubin Law Group, Ltd. concentrates its practice in the area of workers' compensation law. The attorneys at the firm have represented injured employees in all stages of proceedings in a workers' compensation claim from arbitration to the Illinois Supreme Court.

The goal of the firm is to provide legal services in the context of workers' compensation claims and related matters. Specifically, the attorneys analyze the facts of each accident to determine whether or not there may be a basis for pursuing a third-party or personal injury claim. If it is determined that there would be a basis for pursuing an additional claim, then the client is referred to another law firm for the purpose of handling that specific claim. The case may also be analyzed to determine whether or not there may be a basis for pursuing a claim for social security disability benefits. The attorneys take into consideration the specific needs and desires of each individual client. Personal and individual attention to each case is a firm priority.
